(My last Update-06/2025) My last experience with them was questionable. The usual guy didn't show up, we got another tech for an inspection/and service. He claimed to have found issues with the condition of the outside unit and the inside unit, both needing new capacitors. He showed me that the inside capacitor was rigged up in a dangerous manor (I really do not believe this but had no proof to call him out) but *they* had been servicing my AC and heater for the last eight years (He was calling out the last tech.)
