My AC quit working Saturday. I didn’t know who to call so I browsed heating and air companies. I always go by reviews. I found Fire and Ice and called them on Sunday. They have someone on call 24/7. Dillon came to my house within 30 min of my call. He was awesome. Very nice and well mannered. This is important to me since I was raised in the fifties and we were raised that way. The service man was polite. He seemed very knowledgeable of his work and did a good job of helping us understand the work he did and what needs to be done in the future.
It is early Sunday morning and my AC unit stops working gave Fire and Ice a call,answered a few questions and a technician was enroute .There is an emergency call out fee but the speed ,knowledge and quality of service we received was worth every penny. This is an awesome company with some great techs, Chris a swerved the call today and he was pleasant professional efficient.
I called about a diagnostic code the AC unit emailed and I told Fire and Ice the unit is running ;however , something is going to go wrong that why it sent a code/message. They did not want to diagnose until it did not run. This is not how professionals address computerized equipment. Don't use Fire and Ice. Also to note, their installer put in a compressor on the AC unit and it leaked one day after the install due to poor welding. Fire and Ice had someone out same day, within a couple hours of calling and no extra charge. The technicians are always professional and kind. We will likely be getting a new system soon and will be sticking with Fire and Ice.
