Always friendly, upfront and timely. Prior to using them we used a large local competitor. The prices they charged were much more than Fire and Ice. We are pleased that we switched companies.

I would give more stars if I could. Great experience. I called. They had someone there within 2 hours. They were honest, respectful, and professional.
Once again they have responded super fast and stayed with the problem until they figured it out and fixed it. Installed a good many years ago by someone else but Fire and Ice have kept this unit running for me. Great communication and thorough service. No one better to deal with than Fire and Ice.
