Very nice people and wonderful service.
Always very helpful and friendly. The guy delivering the firewood was super polite and I appreciate that the firewood is actually seasoned— there’s so many places that say they sell seasoned firewood but ya don’t know how you’ve been ripped off until after you’ve paid for it, and firewood is NOT cheap these days. They also give a Veterans discount and I really appreciate that!

I tried ordering online and after getting frustrated, I just stopped trying online. A few minutes later I received a text from fire & ice stating that they noticed I hadn’t completed my order. I told them their website was not user friendly, lol. I finished my order via text and I’m glad I did. Wood is great and delivery was on time.
