Had an older watch handed down to me by a relative, not knowing much about it, I brought it in to have the battery replaced as the hands weren’t moving. One of the employees took it to the back, set the proper time for me, then came back and told me that it was indeed an automatic watch and instructed me on how to properly maintain the movement free of charge. Very kind and helpful. Thank you!
Christopher is knowledgeable, honest and upfront. Treated me with the utmost respect. Cleaned my ring for free and gave me honest advice on what to sell my ring for. Excellent customer service and a beautiful cleaning of my sterling silver with real stones.
I came in last month and was traveling thru the city as I had another couple hours to drive further. I broke my necklace on my way out the door at home and was able to come in and see if on short notice that my chain can be fixed. The owner I'm sorry forgot your name. Very much accommodated. Within an hour I was all fixed up and back on the highway. Sorry for the late review. I haven't forgotten about your kindness. Thank you very much.
