I can’t say enough good things about fire and ice. I had a family ring made years ago that is a one of a kind. I get so many compliments on it. If I ever need work done on it or any of my jewelry I take it there every time. Even years later my ring is still covered under warranty.
This place should be called Fire and Ice and Everything Nice because they are amazing! The custom pieces they can create are certainly breathtaking and stunning, but to top it all off the whole staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! And now that they have their own in-house certified appraiser they have taken themselves to the next level for jewellery service in Regina! We are lucky to have such an amazing local business right here in the city that still cares and customizes their service around their customers!
I’ve had many pieces repaired at Fire and Ice and every time I’m blown away with how fantastic it turns out!! They truly care about quality and have such an eye for detail- Chris, Ryan, and Nickie are the best of the best! I won’t take my jewelry to any other business.
