I worked there and you barely get paid above minimum wage. They treat their staff like absolute garbage. And they allow alcoholics and potheads to smoke and drink in the parking lot.And they sweep everything under the rug for workers who work downstairs because they're all family and friends who work down there. Every other place I have worked since then.Has heard horror stories from that place. And they severely neglect to their residence
Fircrest is a wonderful place for my mother to live. The staff are friendly and helpful and most are the same staff that have been there for many years. My mom is happy to call Fircrest her home and thinks of the employees and other residents as part of her extended family.

Overall, Fircrest has a pleasant atmosphere and dedicated staff, but there are pressing issues that must be addressed—most notably, the flooring. The flooring in this facility is alarmingly dangerous. I have heard from multiple residents about their near-falls, which is deeply concerning.
