The good part of Fircrest? The residents, they are all amazing people who deserve the world. The bad part? Everything else. Poorly trained staff, management who are all family, piss one off and the others will make sure your employment there is terrible. Residents aren't always treated to even the minimum standard they should be treated as, hiring high schoolers, then not training them properly, or hiring people who have literally done nothing to help the residents nor other staff on the floor.
