I recently worked here for 4 1/2 days. I wouldn't allow any of my loved ones to walk in that front door. The activity director was terrible, she did 2-3 activities in the entire 4 1/2 days i was there(also brought her son to work with her the day I interviewed). There were literally 3 people at her "activities", that was horrible enough, but after 1 1/2 days of being on the floor I was asked to leave because someone had already gone to "management" complained and lied about me. I worked there and you barely get paid above minimum wage. They treat their staff like absolute garbage. And they allow alcoholics and potheads to smoke and drink in the parking lot.And they sweep everything under the rug for workers who work downstairs because they're all family and friends who work down there. Every other place I have worked since then.Has heard horror stories from that place. And they severely neglect to their residence

Fircrest is a wonderful place for my mother to live. The staff are friendly and helpful and most are the same staff that have been there for many years. My mom is happy to call Fircrest her home and thinks of the employees and other residents as part of her extended family.
