I tried to make an appointment to talk to a therapist for my son. Frist time, they apologized that somehow my appointment did not show on the therapist's calendar. Second time, they made sure it showed on her calendar but still no call. It is extremely rude and unprofessional... wasted time here.
I have enjoyed working with several different providers at Fircrest and am so thankful that I have them as a resource! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

If you are looking for top notch neurofeedback or therapy- search no further!! Best staff in town! They are kind, friendly and the utmost respectful. Hands down great therapy- we can’t say enough of how much we appreciate their amazing care!!!
I cannot recommend Fircrest Behavioral Health enough! The offices are clean and pleasant, and the practitioners make the appointment feel very safe and comfortable. I can tell that this company has been built by personnel that truly care about making a positive difference in the lives of their clients. Personally, neurofeedback has helped improve my quality of life, especially through healing my anxiety, headaches, and sleep issues.
