Dr. Barrow is awesome, but his ‘team’ or the ‘hospital team’ really dropped the ball. When you’re Mother is having heart surgery and you are told “90-120” minutes for the procedure, and she is wheeled into surgery at 7:15 am and no one tells you anything at 9:30; 10; 10:30; 11; or 11:30 am what’s going on, and then at 12 Noon, you see your Mom wheeled back to her room by numerous staff, and we’re told please remain seated; give us 10 minutes, and then everyone disappears without explaining anything to us, while the Doctor wa... read more
