The staff was not helpful at all they were aggressive especially after the doctor caught them NOT giving him messages that I had been leaving. Since then the staff purposefully made things so I can't see the doctor. The doctor had to come out and tell me to ignore them and come into his office. Dr. Al Sammaria does not describe what is going on well. As a person working in medical, I received no real information on how to handle the diagnosis going forward. I was upset because the day before I get a call st 4:15pm saying that they haven't received my labs. So I quickly call where I had it done and left a message. By 5pm they called back and said they would fax my labs! I went in early to check to see if they got my lab work! I was told no I call back where I got my labs done and they said they faxed them but haven't gotten a confirmation. So I had them resend them again. My first visit with Dr Al Sammarrai went extremely well. He is an excellent doctor. He took the time to ensure that I understood every aspect of the visit. He listened. I couldn’t have asked for any more. Very pleased. Thank you, Dr Al Sammarrai!
