The team of this place is very unhelpful, I absolutely don’t Recommend this place to anyone to go visit because they give me a hard time back-and-forth. They never put my name in the system correctly. They never faxed information to the correct facility correctly and because of their fault and their mistakes they canceled my appointment from their end due to their lack of help!
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. The staff was extremely unhelpful and, unfortunately, the information they took from me was entered incorrectly. They also failed to provide the correct information to the laboratory and did not fax the required paperwork in a timely manner.
