The ladies phone receptionists could not understand English. Their main language seemed to be Vietnamese in this clinic.. When I called , asking for vaccinations services, the lady asked me whether I spoke Vietnamese. I said no. And she straight away put me on hold for 15 minutes. When I hang up and redialed, another lady answered. She could not bothered to speak to me in English. What a rude way to run this office.
