I had an unfortunate experience with this physician regarding renewal of medications. I was informed to go in for blood work to measure my cholesterol levels, on october 19, 2012-when my 90 day subscription ran out. I went in and blood work done. I was only provided with a one moth prescription. I called and faxed form over to have medication renewed for December and was not provided with a renewal prescription.
