Destroyed my teeth and caused me immense pain for a month refusing to see me and telling me its a doctors problem. after i threatened to remove my own teeth they agreed to see me. this new dentist admitted the other had caused catastrophic damage inside my teeth. 6 years later. my teeth began to hurt again. after a visit to the emergency dentist they took an xray to reveal the true damage fir tree had caused. i also still have temporary fillings in my teeth 6 years later. fir tree have offered to fix the damage. at an extrem... read more
Great service, excellent reception staff. Dentist James and nurse Claire were brilliant. Nothing at to fault.
Used to be 5 star, now they aren't worth one star, since being taken over and losing staff this place is terrible, dont use them!, When I finally got to talk to someone after leaving a week of messages, and explained my concerns, the receptionist LITERALLY laughed down the phone at me. Terrible shame, as it used to be a great place.
