Used to be 5 star, now they aren't worth one star, since being taken over and losing staff this place is terrible, dont use them!, When I finally got to talk to someone after leaving a week of messages, and explained my concerns, the receptionist LITERALLY laughed down the phone at me. Terrible shame, as it used to be a great place.
Brilliant treatment from a friendly and knowledgeable team.
Staff at every stage were attentive, efficient, courteous, kind and professional. I was seen in a timely manner. Time was taken to explain my diagnosis. treatment and ongoing treatment plan. I was given a choice of appointment date.
