After 10s of thousands spent with this company, had quality issues with some of there installations. So called ,tried to make contact with Aiden, 3 emails, 5 phone calls and a trip to his depot. 3 weeks when past and finally 3 workers come to adjust an entry door that scrapped on the ground when opening and repair another service door that is loose when locked (door rattles and could move approx. 15mm in and out when closed position and locked. Four day job took exactly 2 months .Great workers but very badly organised business.
Awesome customer service
Built windows and doors for us and did a great job, but now doors need attention. Booked times twice for them to come out and never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it. Tried calling office and phone keeps ringing out. Turned a good experience into an unpleasant one. Needless to say won't be getting work in our next comercial build.
