We had a fantastic experience with Katie at our Women's Autumn Retreat near Asheville. I appreciated her communication and creative menu ideas during the planning process. Our meals were delivered warm and on time, and were always ready for us after our yoga classes. My retreat guests were so satisfied with the meals and kept asking me who the caterer was. I will be working with Katie on future retreats and highly recommend you do the same.
First timer and I loved it! The shrimp and grits and salmon Buddha bowl were fabulous!
Our women’s retreat hired Fioreously Delicious to cater our event. Katie personally catered it. The food was exceptional and Katie’s attention to detail was fantastic. We all felt nourished and nurtured. When we have another event in the area we will definitely be contacting her!!! Thank you, Katie for such a wonderful experience!!!
Chef Katie and her team are amazing to work with. As an ultra-endurance athlete who needs healthy meals to fuel my efforts, Chef Katie took the time to listen and understand my nutritional needs.
