Rich is a good guy. He’s a busy guy, and he’s by himself and everybody’s boat breaks in the summer. He helped me out a few times. Has done good work on my boat.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. They had the boat for 5 months I asked to have a tuneup and bearing done as my motor wouldn’t go up. I called a month and a half after dropping it off and they didn’t even know which boat was mine. I had dropped it off in mid August and it was now late December after months of calling and hardly hearing back. Extremely poor communication. Took them almost 4 months to fix our boat. Called multiple times throughout the 4 months and was told it would be done that week. Very unprofessional when we spoke on the phone and overall a bad experience.
