I have owned a condo in Fiore for 20 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and in later years, a fantastic rental property. The management is incredible!!! They are so very comprehensive and efficient and detailed in overseeing the property and amenities, especially over the last several years!! Repairs and maintenance are handled in a very timely manner. The business and communications component of managing a large and encompassing property, are done with complete professionalism. We own here and love it.
Giving this 1 star for attention. There are monopolies that own apartments in fiore that try to modernize their apartments slightly with cheap material and then this affects neighbors, which creates issues and bitter people. The renovations are cheaply done to profit more and apartments are left with OLD/useless appliances. AC units with BLACK MOLD. 🤢 The community is well kept up and HOA lady Kathy has been pretty reasonable/kind with me, no complaints on my end.
