Came in a casual Sunday night for dinner. Ordered the calamari as app, 18$ for 8 small pieces of fried calamari!! Our app came and then had to wait for over an hour for our main dishes. By that time, I lost my appetite. The waitress took our order but forgot to send it the to kitchen. She apologized. Pub restaurants struggle in this location, and after eating here I see why. Understaffed, food took about an hour to get to the table, items were missing off the menu and we weren't alerted until 20 min after ordering. Had to flag down a waitress for everything, straws, the empty ketchup bottle they put on the table, etc. The servers were all nice but having to pay 18% for my party size really burned me when I wouldn't have tipped at all
Went there with my girlfriend for a quick bite and drink. We felt so bad for our server Maya. The place was hit with a surprise huge party...and she was all by herself!!!! Maya handled all of this like a total pro. I find it absolutely appalling how the previous reviewer can be so ignorant and couldn't notice she was all own her own! Maya ran bar, took table orders and brought food all on her own...and doing this with a friendly smile. If management reads these reviews, please know what an amazing employee you have.
Horrific. Sat down for 20 minutes no service for my wife and I not even drink order. Never had that in my life. Embarrassing. Went to Jack Astors across road. This place will be closed in 6 months with staff like that. Feel bad for owner
