Very disappointing experience. Service was terrible. The girl serving us was rude and had a bad attitude. We waited so long for the service. No apologies, no smile, just plain disrespectful. Definitely not coming back.
Usually not a fan of chain bars but I honestly love this spot. The beers are cold, the food is delicious and Vanessa the Moldovan bartender queen is an absolute delight and highly educated on everything alcohol related and super friendly and fun to be served by.
Our first visit and it was amazing! They had board games for the kids to play while waiting which is genius in my opinion. The service was friendly and great and the food was tasty, big portions and dessert....to die for! When we're back in TO we will come again! Two thumbs up!!!! Signed.....the rose maker 🌹
We stopped into FionnMacools last evening. We sat at the bar and our server was Emma. A lovely, personable young lady. Service was good, food excellent. We had the smoked meat grilled cheese and the Wagyu Citrus Salad. We will return.
Really must have hit the wrong time of day/week. Don't think I've ever seen such a large place so empty. But the staff used the time well...spotless! Bartender was super pleasant and attentive. Just a quick stop today so just a Guinness and poutine. All as expected!
