Isomi was exceptional 5/5 service and went over and beyond. The entire staff was the icing on the cake and pleasant attitude. Definitely will be back and highly recommended!
Atmosphere is expected for the time of day, quite. Service staff was very nice and accommodating. My issue was we were a large group 50+ people. We reserved well in advance and even had allergies listed for the restaurant. Unfortunately, it took hours for our food. We ordered around noonish but our food did not start coming out until closer to 1pm.
We went with a group and it took 2.5 hours to get our food. The male supervisor had a real attitude rolled his eyes when we said we are not drinking. He also told the manager if our group to get out of the way. Like there was no need for rudeness. If you couldn’t handle a large groups you should have said. Like there was no reasoning how food came out most of us ate alone. We were given cards for free appetizers for next time but there will be no next time.
