My family was at this location today for Good Friday lunch of fish and chips. The service we received from Katelyn, our server, was beyond exceptional - this lady was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond for us. Every bite of our food was delicious!!! Food was fresh and well seasoned. Staff was very polite, but slow. Floor was sticky, but I’m sure it was just an off day for them.
Typically, my experience is pretty good (around 4 stars), but the last time I visited, it was disappointing. We were told they were out of several items 20 minutes after placing our order. The salad dressing was missing, and when I asked about it, I was informed they were out—yet I was still charged the salad upgrade fee. The atmosphere was decent enough, but the service was a little hard to get. As well, only some of the food I had tasted good. My main dish had a really gross tasting sauce.
