Maybe the worst restaurant food Ive had. Ordered braised ribs- they were all fat and tasted old and off. First bite was spit out and returned. The manager came out in an over bearing way and basically blamed us for ordering it saying braised ribs have fat…. I ordered the pasta with braised ribs. I also spat out my first bite and it tasted old and off and all fat. The remaining pasta was bland and overdone but I ate some. I hadn’t eaten all day. We ended up ordering a pizza. Live music most nights
Good Friday lunch picked up at 12:45 - they did a great job marketing a fish and chips meal for 2….but wasn’t as expected - 1 piece of fish per person, fries and coleslaw for two (not enough for two). Brought it home and it was only one container with two pieces of fish but shared coleslaw and fries, and the fish was wrapped in foil which made it soggy - they also didn’t put any of their ‘Special sauce’ in the bag, that they made a point to mention in the description (what’s the point of fish and chips without sauce). Great service, super helpful (John, Arielle), food was also pretty good (we ate multiple meals over 3 days...breakfast, lunch and supper) but they close early regardless of the amount of people in the place "per corporate policy". 3 nights totaled on avg about 12+ people each night they told to leave. What a shame! Four Points shouldn't allow this.
15 minutes to get a menu....45 minutes to get a salad....won't be back!
