I was required to have 15 consecutive visits to this cancer radiology service just before Christmas. Every single day, I was so impressed by the excellent efficiency, cheerfulness, kindness and technical skill of the various teams from which I received my treatment. Even the other patients in the waiting area were cheery and upbeat and I found that the whole treatment experience - which could have been extremely miserable - was far less confronting and stressful than I expected. Dear Sir, my first appointment for radiation treatment for prostate cancer was to put the two tattoo dots on my thighs. They couldn’t do it because my bowel was full ,and told me to come back, I can’t remember if it was the next day or another appointment. Please inform your patients of the nessecity of an empty bowel. I had 6 weeks treatment I think, about 7/8 years ago and I’m still here at 85 In good health. Thanks ,John Rolfe
