Reception staff are not pleasant to deal with and the Practice Manager couldn’t care less.
Besides the parking, was in and out in 20 mins for a x-ray. Very efficient thank you.
I was there yesterday and treated really well ,my appointment was on time and the staff were pleasant
Exceptional staff and service. Very professional, understanding and friendly. The nurses and doctors are superheros. After reading some other (negative) reviews I am very surprised at some of the comments. Mind you, after witnessing today 2 impatient patients being rude to the staff I can see the calibre of some people posting such reviews. I'll certainly be attending this facility again should the need arise.
I called them three times to get a CTB appointment. I was asked to email the request form. The email address is some kind of a secret. You can't find it.
