Great experience today, a busy clinic day of callbacks. All the staff were professional, caring and provided constant communication. Yes it was a long day with waiting times however everything was done on the one day. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the staff at Breast WA at Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Its ridiculous whenever I call different time of the day nobody answers the phone. So I drove there one time and 3 receptionist there. How is that possible they weren't all on the phone. This is appalling
Amazing staff in the chemo clinic. Administration needs an overhaul and some more people answering the phone. Today I received a message that I have an telephone oncology appointment on the 15th at 1140am. Today is the 16th. They call 1155am. I was using the bathroom. They told my support worker they would call back in 45 Mins. They didn't. Tomorrow is Saturday.
