Great experience today, a busy clinic day of callbacks. All the staff were professional, caring and provided constant communication. Yes it was a long day with waiting times however everything was done on the one day. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the staff at Breast WA at Fiona Stanley Hospital.

I was so nervous to go for my breast assessment yesterday. I’d read some reviews and walked in so fearful. My appointment was at 9am and the doctor Felicity was right on time. She was so lovely and had a beautiful bed side manner. She put me at ease straight away and really listened and explained everything so well. After she examined me she suggested an ultrasound to double check but her suspicions were that I had nothing to be concerned about. After a short wait, the radiologist called me in. I came here for an ultrasound and breast assessment. They found a hard lump in my right breast which is not a cyst. They did a biopsy and inserted some clips. Biopsy results are in later today. I am really scared! My husband was supposed to hold my hand throughout all of this, but unfortunately he could not find anywhere to park. Everywhere was either staff only or blocked off. He ended up going home and having to come back for me when I was finished. I really didn't want go through it all by myself, but had no choice.
