I feel compelled to share my personal experience with Fiona McGregor Family Lawyer Pty Ltd, which has left me with serious concerns. In my dealings with this firm, I found the tone and timing of their correspondence to be highly inflammatory and, in my view, more likely to escalate conflict than resolve it. Fiona is currently representing an applicant on a case where I am the respondent. In the office we laugh at her. Completely out of touch, filled her head with undeasonable numbers and with a seemingly basic lack of understanding of the law (but let's have a crackanyway eh ladies) this thing is the reason people don't trust/detest lawyers as she continues to put her upcoming pay days in way more importance than seeking an outcome.
