No one ever picks up the phone and I've noticed someone else leave a review mentioning the same. I've left one detailed message and still haven't received a call back and its been over two weeks. Not to mention, this office failed to provide my info to the hospital I birthed at a few years ago, which left me waiting a few several minutes to get registered while I was in active labor. I was referred to Dr McConville after a traumatic first birth with midwives and follow up miscarriage. I had her for 2 of my children along with some care for ovarian cysts. She took my concerns from my traumatic birth seriously and explained medically the possibilities of why the outcome happened the way it did. With that information she was proactive with my second and third births along with an additional miscarriage and ovarian cysts. I want to share my personal experience so other women with high-risk pregnancies feel encouraged to stay informed and proactive. During my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with placenta previa. I had a truly wonderful experience with my obstetrician and her entire team from the beginning of my pregnancy through delivery and follow-ups. Dr. Fiona was always very friendly, caring, patient, and supportive at every visit. She listened to all my concerns and guided me with reassurance, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my journey.
