Working with Fiona over the past months has been transformational. I came to her with a weak, unstable 60+ yr old body in need of attention. Her expert, thoughtfully tailored and pragmatic exercise physiology program combined with humour and high motivational skills have allowed me to develop far more stability and strength than I thought possible! Her remedial massage is the best I have ever had. I now can’t remember the pain that dogged me and I owe that to Fiona. Life changing.
Fiona Maree is a highly competent health care professional. I'm seeing her for therapeutic massage following injury but her skillset is clearly wider than that.
I have been getting massages regularly for the better part of my adult life and I can say with certainty that Fiona is an amazing massage therapist. She knows how to work the muscles and every stroke is of value in that process. She uses firm pressure, which I like (and asked for!), and responds to my preferences for focus areas. Fiona is incredibly talented. I play squash twice a week, and weightlift. I deal with minor scoliosis. She has really helped my body feel a lot better and stronger week to week. Highly recommend her services.
