Poor communication and lack of transparency. Misrepresented herself to myself and our lawyer. Demanded a fee up front when she clearly told me that she would charge insurance. Nothing was what she claimed when I set the appointment. Waste of time and money.
Dr. Kress is skilled at partnering with my child to find techniques for coping with anxiety. Dr. Kress uses great acumen when getting to the root of a problem. My child feels empowered. What a success!
She is just all the way around awesome amazing sweet kind she helped my son when no one else would
