Horrible...Horrible. Had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. today. I was there early and completed the paperwork. Her website says she takes Medicare, which clearly states that doctors who take Medicare cannot charge above and beyond what Medicare pays. Don't think she knew. I was never called in to see her. Finally, at 3:30 p.m I said I was leaving, and would like to charge her for my times spent. Don't go to her.

Horrible, Horrible. I was a new patient, made reservation weeks before and the appt was for 3:00 P.M. I was on time, completed all paperwork and I am on Medicare and Supplement F. She says she takes Medicare, but she did not know that she cannot charge above and beyond what Medicare pays. I became Dr. Fintel's patient in 2021. My experience with Dr. Fintel and her office has been excellent. It was easy to make an appointment; the answering service is professional and prompt; and the staff are responsive. Dr. Fintel's medical expertise is supplemented by her warm demeanor. I have had positive health outcomes/my health has noticeably improved since seeing Dr. Fintel. I feel like I am in good hands all around.
