I invested in a recent offering on the FlashFunders platform. It was a very straightforward and simple process, and I was able to complete my investment in just a few days. I think it's great that unaccredited investors are now able to have the opportunity to invest in companies that aren't publicly traded. I recently invested in my first Reg A+ offering through FlashFunders. I was a little wary going in about how difficult the process would be, and had the pleasant surprise of it being a smooth and seamless experience. 

The investment information they provided was clear and covered all the questions I had when I was deciding whether or not to invest. I attempted to execute an investment through Flashfunders. I will say the ability to talk with someone on the phone in order to understand the process of the reg. A investment was a positive, but ultimate the company could not execute the core of it’s purpose. That is to collect funds from an investor and distribute the investment to the appropriate account. I found the support staff to be both knowledgeable and accommodating to my (numerous) questions. It was also apparent that the gentlemen helping me really did have my best interests in mind, which was reassuring. I found the actual process of the investing to be straightforward and simple. All in all - a great experience. Highly recommend.
