My wife and I have a Shar Pei (Mei Ling) and the food we normally get her we couldn't get! I guess supply chain issues or something. Anyhow she has to have the expensive, chicken-free and grain-free kind due to her skin etc etc (yeah, Shar Pei stuff ) Anyhow these folks are the best. Love this place ! Lisa was awesome, professional and accommodating ! Bought my baby parakeet, Baby, a week ago Saturday. I’m beyond thrilled with the my new best friend !In one day I had him on my finger! Now snuggles in my hair. I bring him to work every other day in his mini cage and he’s already getting accustomed to noise, chatter and car rides !
I’ve been a customer of Fins, Furs ‘N Feathers for many years now. Debbie, Lisa and the wonderful staff are the real deal. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable regarding your fur babies needs. It’s a true testament when a small business celebrates their 50th anniversary in business. I know I can always rely on the FFF staff for advice, recommendations or anything else I may need. As a Boca resident, I feel very lucky that we have this pure gem of a store in our community.
Back in April 2020, I received my beloved COVID-19 baby, MrBeanSprouts “Sproutsly” Bytes Mahoney Lombard. Of course, the one of the first places I went was Fins Furs N Feathers... This establishment HAS ALWAYS been my saving grace, whether it was bc of my lil girl Cameron Belle, the most beautiful Wheaton that ever did live OR when I was dog sitting and I needed to buy wash / toys / a new leash & collar OR when I was considering purchasing a Devon Rex and spoke with Debbie or Lisa on the phone, and they gave me FREE advice..... read more
Store has changed staff is not very helpful and was over charged for my purchase only bought 2 of an item and the girl behind the counter was not very good with the register charged me for four of the same item will never go back there again. its a shame like to help family businesses
