Great atmosphere! Everyone was so friendly and answered every question without hesitation! We will be back!! ��
I've been dealing with them for many years and have always been satisfied. They handle their small animals on a regular basis, which the chain stores do not, so they are use to being handled. They have kept on their supplier about a special breed of fish I was looking for and was finally able to get some in. They also usually have plenty of crickets and other live food available for my chameleon. If I have a question and they don't know they have always been able to find out before I leave the store. Fins and critters is such a small town feel! The older owner is awesome as she is very welcoming, the guy that was helping though was kinda a little much!lol she helped us with our needs, spoiled our frenchie and will be back again! :)
This store doesn't care about the well being of the fish at all. They are in it all for profit and give terrible misleading advice
Based on what I've seen and how they interact with their customers online, I can tell they couldn't care less for their customers. One of the owners actually said they only care about profit and not the animals' well being, after a customer approached them with a concern. (Of course, I was not there, but the online interaction and response to it all is up for everyone to read and understand. They don't deny it either.
