Kate was great! Offered to clean my filthy mats and did an awesome job. The area was nice and clean and the vacuums had great suction.
I wanted to share my experience with the Whistle Express Car Wash at 911 College Rd. in Wilmington so others are aware of what happened and how my claim was handled. I had been a monthly Unlimited Wash Club member and had been using this location regularly for over a year. The only reason they get one star is because of the outstanding customer service the wash was not set up very well. For this being a Whistle Express this is a very cheap car wash. They have the hanging towels that they drag across your car that will scratch your vehicle. I wanted to give this very nice gentleman Isaiah and opportunity and I bought a membership today. Save your money! Not worth it! When you pay $20 for a carwash, you don't expect a perfect detail but you do expect your car to overall appear clean. I was so shocked at dirt drips falling down my white car, bumper absolutely filthy like the water didn't even touch it, and back window still dusty looking. Yeah I'm thankful for their complimentary towels...it took all they had for me to hand clean my car AFTER I paid for a wash. Give those workers a bucket and a brush!
