Got my black tahoe pretty clean but still left some soap on it and the vacs weren't working. Attendant stated it could be a few weeks before they get fixed
I went here on Saturday the 19th of July. An attendant asked to help me with my car wash. I said I wanted a basic wash, he used a mobile pad to select the wash (I was unable to see) I gave him My credit card. Then it processed I asked for a receipt, the attendant said we are paperless. I said what did you charge. He couldn’t answer me. I asked if he was being trained to not communicate charges and do it in a way customers don’t know what’s being charged??! The car wash itself is good but whenever I signed up for a membership they entered my license plate in wrong and took four visits afterwards for them to notice and correct this issue
