Very scrappy job on actually washing my car then not having any towels for drying ot cleaning your vehicle. Greenville Carwash is so but better and cheaper
ZERO towels at the Lauren’s Rd location. One associate says they’re all in the wash at the same exact time. Not worth the time to stop. Vacuums laid on the ground and it’s a terrible wash.
was very disappointed with my experience at this car wash. They ran out of clean towels and had no alternative available, which made it impossible to properly dry or finish cleaning my car. This feels like a basic operational issue that shouldn’t happen at a car wash
I’m sure the owners would like to know that their vacuums were down and they didn’t bother to tell me before I paid my $10 for a car wash after I explained how unfair this was and I could’ve went down the street to get full service for the same price the guy said he couldn’t do anything about it. He didn’t offer me a free car wash for next time or give me half of my money back or anything. I’ll never ever come back to your car wash ever again.
