Even with a 50% off discount code, this is the 1 and only time I'll ever use this carwash. It washed off the dust but nothing else; paid for the top dollar wash and I know for a fact the person in front of me only got the midgrade wash, yet we received exactly the same wash. No difference. No change. Went to use "free" vacuum and there was barely any suction on it. 0 towels could be found. Blue dyed water for "washing" your windows. Place is so greedy for money they sacrificed their name and quality. I will never return.
Paid the $40.00 car wash. None of the sprayers on the sides worked. Tire shine roller didn’t work. Left the car wash with dirt still on the truck. Girl working acted like she hated her job and was on her phone the whole time.
My vehicle sustained damage due to a malfunction in the equipment. The “site manager” had indicated a willingness to contribute towards the expenses i would incur, such as car rental costs. However, since that initial communication, the “site manager” and customer care has been unresponsive, reading messages without providing any replies. My wifes car was damaged due to their car wash malfunctioning along with a few other cars, who have also left reviews. The manager seemed to care but when it came time to do what he promised, i.e pay for rental car, he decided to go ghost. He has read messages and not replied and refuses to help at this point. I have posted photos of what their car wash did to my wifes car and they are refusing to do anything at all about it. This is not something you can hide from.
