I’ve been a loyal Whistle Car Wash member for a long time, using their wash multiple times per week without any issues until recently. After my last visit, I discovered two dents on my vehicle. When I reported it, they sent me to get an estimate, which gave me hope they would do the right thing. Instead, they essentially called me a liar and refused to take responsibility for the damage. "Free car vacuum" isn't the case. You must wash your car in order to use the vacuums. We tried to pay seperately after being confronted by the staff. They do not allow that, since they want you to buy a car wash. I don't need a carwash every time I need to vacuum my car. This policy needs to change. How about $5 vacuum if not washing the car. We'll go somewhere else.

Brett the manager helped me with my membership: he actually advised me to get the better package for my first month because it was a better deal than the one I wanted! All of the employees are VERY kind and helpful! I love that they provide feedback vacuum, cleaning cloths and cleaning sprays with every car wash! You can also get an air freshener every time you go through! This is a wonderf place to wash and clean your car!!
We originally started coming here three years ago when we moved from New Jersey. It was Finn’s back then. The pricing was great. The people were always available to help you. Now that whistle has taken over it just not the same. You sit and wait for someone to come out so they can try to upsell you. You can no longer use a credit card by yourself.
