Paid for diamond wash and barely got a basic wash. Rip off. Vacuum worked good though
The people were nice and the process was really easy.
I’ve been a loyal Whistle Car Wash member for a long time, using their wash multiple times per week without any issues until recently. After my last visit, I discovered two dents on my vehicle. When I reported it, they sent me to get an estimate, which gave me hope they would do the right thing. Instead, they essentially called me a liar and refused to take responsibility for the damage. "Free car vacuum" isn't the case. You must wash your car in order to use the vacuums. We tried to pay seperately after being confronted by the staff. They do not allow that, since they want you to buy a car wash. I don't need a carwash every time I need to vacuum my car. This policy needs to change. How about $5 vacuum if not washing the car. We'll go somewhere else.
Wasn’t happy with the wash not getting my tires clean.
