I am otherwise a satisfied Whistle Express customer and member, but I feel compelled to share a serious ongoing concern: on multiple visits to the Holly Springs, NC location, I have found that your management or employees were occupying the only two handicap parking spaces, forcing customers with legitimate handicap placards to find alternate, less convenient stalls or avoid using the facility entirely. For the low, low price of $10 you get the privilege of watching dirt smeared all over your car. Best deal ever!
Big shoutout to Austin up front great customer service. He kindly helped me with everything that I needed, answered any questions I had just made my experience here very good.
Car wash is fine, vacuums work great, but ever since they changed names their rags are wet and smell bad.
