They recently got a new chef and this guy is legit!!! Wow is all I can say! They were doing a chef's special snapper and it was hands down the best meal I have had at any restaurant at Crystal Beach. I just hope they let the new chef have more freedom to create more dishes like he did with that snapper! Fin's has a great atmosphere and even though they were slammed and busy our waitress was still great!
Great happy hour daily! Welcomed even better than I expected to be welcomed at a Margaritaville.
We pretty much ate at this restaurant the entire time we stayed at the resort. We had some great meals at Fins Bar & Grill. My husband ordered the grilled snapper dinner special one night and it was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made our various meals though, was the incredible hospitality. Our servers, Berat and Jason and Angela went above and beyond to take care of us. Jason was a wonderful server at the Fins restaurant inside of Camp Margaritaville RV park which is a fun Resort style camping experience.
