A friend recommended this store to me, and I came here looking for pillow protectors for my daughters. Bonnie was absolutely wonderful—so patient, gentle, and helpful. She made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated all of her assistance. The products are great, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. From the initial call with Gail to placing an order with Stas; they where kind, knowledgeable and very patient. Although their collection of items is impressive, the quality of the pieces are absolutely superb. Ordered a wool duvet, duvet cover along with a wool pillow and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase which was hand delivered by Gail! Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to shop at this local boutique for its quality, selection and for the exceptional 'old school' customer experience.
