From the initial call with Gail to placing an order with Stas; they where kind, knowledgeable and very patient. Although their collection of items is impressive, the quality of the pieces are absolutely superb. Ordered a wool duvet, duvet cover along with a wool pillow and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase which was hand delivered by Gail! Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to shop at this local boutique for its quality, selection and for the exceptional 'old school' customer experience.
