dont spray on your tan – We did a couples tan that was spray on and it was splotchy in some places and almost dark brown in others. Although we called and complained after ( we looked terrible- our coworkers had a field day with us) we were told by the person working that it could not have happened. I'm sorry we were blotchy, orange and spotted. Our hands and feet were the worst. The massage was really nice though, but we would never get anything else done based on the lack of interest and followup on our complaint,
comfy – I felt relaxed, and really able to get away from it all. I'd go back again!
Okay – While Finnish Touch is definitely a nice, classy place, I have experienced better. Nice location, okay atmosphere, some of the help is not so friendly and services could be better. I would suggest Richelle's in Holiday, it's amazing and well worth the reasonable price.
With allt he experience that this Spa has, it's no wonder that they are great every time I go there!
Great gift Idea – Hey Guy's You want earn some brownie points with the woman in your life? Get her a gift certificate to the Finish Touch. My wife loved the experience. She has been to many spas around the country but she rated this one with some of the best she has been to.
Extremely poor customer service – Attempting to use a gift certificate at this spa was a terrible experience. When their appointment setter didn't schedule my entire spa package, they unsuccessfully attempted to "squeeze me in" or reschedule. I rescheduled and my husband called to complain. He asked them to refund our money. It took them three days to call back and then they would only give us a prtial refund, because I didn't stay for the one spa service that they did schedule.
