The Finnish Bistro has noticed that since May of 2014 all of our raving reviews have been removed...this was when I, Sandra Weise the owner, chose not to advertise with Yelp. Use Yelp at your own risk. The Finnish Bistro is a special gathering place set in the charming St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul. We continue a tradition of delicious local and healthy food blended with delectable favorites from Europe and all over the world!

Fine Scandinavian food and bakery This local institution has two sites, one in North Oaks and one in Little Canada. There is a cafe where you can order a variety of sandwhiches, soups, salads, and entrees, as well as a wonderful Scandinavian bakery. They also provide catering and custom bakery orders, including wedding cakes. Prices are moderate, and they use the finest quality ingredients. I especially recommend the Danish salmon sandwhich and any of the delicious tortes.
Bistro I was at the Finnish Bistro with our son just a couple of months ago -- he lives in the Twin Cities. It is a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. It is within walking distance from his apartment, so we go there often for coffee and a sandwich or salad or even breakfast.
Try the Quiche It is in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood and they offer great food. I would recommend trying their quiche. Also serve salads, soups, and baked goods.
