I own just one piece of heavy equipment. I am a small fry. Although finding the service department at Finning in Surrey is challenging, once you are there, you are in very good hands. Ellen, Brooke and especially Tyler W went above and beyond to help provide a 1000 hr service on my 259D. Dropping off your baby at daycare for the first time is frightening but I will never hesitate to return here for not just sales and parts but GREAT SERVICE TOO!

I want to thank Chris Inwood for the exceptional, superb, and profoundly consistent service he gives at Finning Cat in Surrey. He goes above and beyond every time. This isn’t some one-off—we’ve dealt with him long enough to know this is just how he works. Here are two examples, both within the last three weeks: First—he helped us get an oil seal ring for two of our excavators. Fast.
