Wouldn't tell me what the active engine codes mean for our CAT telehandler. I've never experienced this with a manfacturer when I've called in to ask what engine codes mean. Every other manufacturer I've ever called is extremely helpful with this. The guy told me the partial meaning of 3 codes and when I said I had more, he refused to tell me and said we would have to have a tech come out to read them.
