Disappointing, said they were open at 6am, get there and not open till 7am, and then they didn't have the part they said they had. Very common part that fits a wide variety of machines. Very disappointing, use to be a good place to go,now most stock is in Kamloops or Edmonton. 😠 😡. PS employees were great 👍

Big corporate arrogant attitude reflected in the staff. Recommend Union Tractor over Finning for customer service and parts.
