Completed service on our skid steer, we had an issue following the service, they owned the issue and made it right. Would recommend. Thank you
Called and left messages twice about needing ripper teeth. Went to Brandt instead and they fixed us up quickly. Finning has gone downhill last couple years. They just lost 150000-500000 in business per yr. Bought a grader at Brandt instead, as well.
The after hours staff were awesome to deal with. Cam took our call and made sure she connected me with the best person in our area. She also made sure the parts we needed were going to be available. Then Drew took over, met us at the store and fixed us up with the parts and supplies we needed. Was a flawless process with great service all along the way!! Thank you Cam and Drew!!!
