Small business beware. I’m a new small business owner trying to get on my feet and bought 4 machines through Finning Fort St. John in the last 5 months. A used telehandler where the brakes failed after a couple months, I was told they were totally worn out and it would require $22,000 in repairs. (Inspection report stated brakes were in good condition when I bought it) They took around 6 weeks to perform the work and it did not fix the issue. Called and left messages twice about needing ripper teeth. Went to Brandt instead and they fixed us up quickly. Finning has gone downhill last couple years. They just lost 150000-500000 in business per yr. Bought a grader at Brandt instead, as well.
