Finnegan came to estimate cost to replace backflow on sprinkler system. For some reason, he took a section a section of the system with him when he left, including several feet of copper pipe and 2 working shut off valves. He said he was coming to put everything back together every week for 4 weeks and failed to show each time. He also did not plug the underground portion of the line after he disassembled everything, allowing rain to wash soil into the open underground pipe which clogged some of the sprinkler heads.
