I'm upset because my son's bags normally go out on the 1st which they told me they went out Friday called this past Monday they were never order now I'm having to rinse out his feeding bag because he's out of them they need to get it together because information is not correct thank God I called otherwise I would have had to take my son to the hospital just to get him feed maybe looking for a different company asap
If you receive Medicaid Waiver products from them please do not order from Finnegan. They billed for my Sister's products and sent me (5) items out of over 50 and when I called them yesterday they made up excuses and gaslighted me to make me feel like they sent the products and UPS said I refused. No verification on my doorbell camera that UPS came out.
I was recommended to call them and they immediately sent over the prescription to my child's doctor and were very kind and helpful. My daughter has incontinence and pull ups are so expensive I'm so thankful for your help!
