Very much enjoyed working with Jim and team. They are very thorough and pay attention to all details very punctual, open communication and got our project done in a very timely manner
(Ground up new construction) Jim is the general contractor for my residential 3-Flat building in Chicago The project is about 80% complete now. This was a difficult project to manage for at least these two reasons: 1. The lot the building is on is very narrow and it is in between 2 buildings located on the lot line. 2. Work unfinished, unprofessional, lacks quality workers and steals money from clients. Don't work with them!!
We had a great experience with Jim. He managed a three month condo rehab for us. We are completely satisfied, and we love the results. I would definitely work with Jim again. Costs were always very clear, and changes were estimated and communicated clearly.
