We just had a fantastic session using Deirdre Finn’s relaxation techniques. They are very focused, and in a short time I felt great ! She is extraordinary and very kind as well. Bravissimo !!!
Just back from a Positional Release class with Deirdre. She expertly taught a series of simple techniques that can easily be performed in a brief amount of time with maximal ease resulting. Her calm demeanor, as always, adding to the curative effect.
After having gotten help and guidance from Deirdre for my tight hips years ago, I now attended her positional release class, which was very calming and made my back and hips feel relaxed and happy! She is a caring and knowledgeable practitioner, her office has a lovely energy about (and an adorable dog was there today, too), and I highly recommend her !
Deirdre Finn is an exceptionally knowledgeable osteopathic physical therapist. I always leave her office in significantly less pain - and often permanently. She also teaches long-term strategies for strengthening and ergonomics. I highly recommend her.
Diedre Finn helped me create a comfortable work station for my home office. What a difference having a laptop stand + under the desk keyboard tray makes. I can work w/o neck + wrist pain. Having the proper chair + lumbar cushion is great for my back. So glad I got a work station cobsultation from Deirdre!
