I took my 6 year old son to Dr. Redfern’s office to have an extraction done. Dr. Redfern and staff made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. All staff in the back wore masks and there is an impressive plexiglass shield at the front desk to give a barrier from patients and office gals during this pandemic. All around very impressed!
Always feel thoroughly cared for in a warm, friendly, professional atmosphere. Our whole family appreciates the high quality workmanship of Dr. Redfern. When my husband had to see another dentist for an emergency and was asked, “Who did that crown? It’s perfect.”, the emergency dentist was not surprised that it was Dr. Redfern.
I grew up in Poulsbo, WA. My dentist was named DR. Puen. He was amazing. After growing up I procured a new Dentist in Silverdale, WA, who Destroyed my mouth. After three years of being sceptical of Dentists. Dr. Redfern accepted me as a patient. I have never been More grateful for a medical professional to accept Me as patient. Very disappointed to see at least three of their staff members NOT wearing a mask for extended periods of time. This shows little regard to the public's health or well being, let alone their own clientele. A plexiglass shield is no substitute for masks, nor in compliance with the state mandate. Covid19 is not prevented by a plexiglass shield, furthermore, while patients have their mouths open during the care of a dentist, the least any safe practice can do is to make sure their staff is wearing a mask at all times. They claim to be an emergency dental office, however, when my dad was in need of emergency dental care they turned him away for not being an active patient. What a joke.
