We rolled in with our F150 Lightning that would not charge at the charging station. They went out of their way to help us out. Junior was especially helpful and we were able to get the truck diagnosed and charged overnight. They gave us a ride to and from a hotel and were overall great to work with. Thank you Junior from Finn Ford, you were a lifesaver!!
Was driving from PHX to SF and was suddenly having issues with a 'new to me' Ford Transit. The service team was fantastic and able to get me back on the road. They are absolute saints for getting me back on the road on a Friday afternoon! Thank you so much, Junior, Matt, and Jaime!
Finn Ford has definitely won our business going forward. They have completed numerous repairs on our F150 and F250. Other dealerships have failed to properly diagnose the repair. We get back to town and take it to Finn Ford and they have constantly figured out what is going on. Junior the service writer and Jamie the service manager provide outstanding service.
Made an appointment for oil change and fuel filter ! First time I showed for my appointment. Mech didn't show for work! Second time I came for my appointment they only had oil filters so they did that. Junior asked me did I want to pay now or when I came back to do fuel filter! So I did the right thing! When I showed up for the rest of the work! Not only was it 100 dollars more than they said it would be they tried to charge me 300 more ! Do not go here! They are crooks!
