I've never gone to Finn but I'm adding a 5 star review for the sole purpose of offsetting the 1 star reviews left by others. One lady reviewed the wrong business. The 2 others couldn't put a sentence together if their life depended on it.
Set up an appointment two days ago for two separate car oil changes. I show up today for the first appointment at 4pm and nobody answers the door or the 6+ phone calls, let me mention I could hear someone throwing around/ dropping a wrench in the shop. Not my problem they missed out on $150+ between the two cars, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
